An Equine Nutrition Event Like None Other!

Oregon Horse Country and CHS Nutrition (Equis Feed) have partnered for the 2nd year in a row to host a very unique equine nutrition workshop on January 30th, 2018 at the Clackamas Banquet & Catering Center. A line up of equine nutrition researchers of this caliber may NEVER again be together in one room near you, so don’t miss out! Topics include everything from carbohydrates in the diet, mapping the equine microbiome, selenium supplementation, and so much more! Check out the very impressive list of speakers from across the country and their biographies below.

Lunch is provided, your choice of (contact us with any dietary restriction and we will do our best to accommodate you):

  • Chicken Florentine – A marinated breast of chicken, stuffed with fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese, topped with a simple sauce of butter, cream, chicken stock and Parmesan cheese, accompanied by rice pilaf, garden vegetables and a warm dinner roll and butter. Coffee and Iced tea will be provided.
  • Pasta Primavera – Penne pasta, fresh vegetables combined together in a creamy house made Alfredo sauce, accompanied by garlic bread. Coffee and Iced tea will be provided
