A line up of equine nutrition researchers of this caliber may NEVER again be together in one room near you, so don’t miss out! Topics include everything from carbohydrates in the diet, mapping the equine microbiome, selenium supplementation, and so much more! - Chicken Florentine – A marinated breast of chicken, stuffed with fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese, topped with a simple sauce of butter, cream, chicken stock and Parmesan cheese, accompanied by rice pilaf, garden vegetables and a warm dinner roll and butter. Coffee and Iced tea will be provided.
- Pasta Primavera – Penne pasta, fresh vegetables combined together in a creamy house made Alfredo sauce, accompanied by garlic bread. Coffee and Iced tea will be provided
